CUSTOM ORDER – Milky Way Swirl Tumbler

This listing is for a custom-made tumbler featuring our signature Milky Way Swirl design.

✨ HOW TO ORDER

Step 1: Select your preferred tumbler size from the dropdown menu. (See listing photos for size options.)

Step 2: At checkout, include the following details in the notes section:

• Personalization: Name, monogram, or quote (up to 40 characters) or image.

• Contact Information: The best email to reach you — we’ll confirm your design details via email within 48 hours of purchase.

• Glitter Colors: Choose up to 4 glitter colors for your swirl design. Prefer a monochromatic look? Let us know your desired color theme, and we’ll select coordinating shades that best match your vision. (See listing photos for examples.)

🛠 PROCESSING TIME

Custom orders typically ship within 4–6 weeks, depending on current order volume. If you need a rush order, please contact us before purchasing to confirm availability.

You’ll receive progress updates during the creation process at the following milestones:

1. After glitter/paint application

2. Before decal application (to confirm font, vinyl, and spelling)

3. Final preview before shipping

Minor design adjustments (such as glitter color swaps, font changes, or spelling corrections) are allowed during the process. However, major changes—like tumbler style or specialty design changes—cannot be accommodated once production begins.

📦 SHIPPING

Once complete and fully cured, your tumbler will be securely packaged and shipped. Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items after shipment. If damage occurs during transit, a claim will need to be filed with the carrier. For full details, please see our shipping policy.

💬 CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Custom orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins and cancellations are no longer guaranteed.

Due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not offer refunds. We are committed to keeping you updated throughout the process to ensure you love your final product!

⚡️ RUSH ORDERS

Need it faster? Rush orders can be completed in as little as 2 weeks for an additional $20 fee. This option is only available based on current workload. Contact us prior to purchase to confirm availability.
