CUSTOM ORDER Tumbler Design *READ DESCRIPTION BEFORE PURCHASING*

This listing is for a custom order tumbler design. Please note that this is different than a made to order design in my shop. If you are looking for a remake of an item in my shop check the Made to order tab and order the size you would like. 

Custom order tumblers are ones that are unique designs created by you! They are both customized and personalized. 

HOW TO ORDER:

Step 1: select the size tumbler you would like (see pictures for sizes available)

Step 2: Choose whether your cup will have up to 2 colors and/or paints or if your tumbler is a specialty design.

     *SPECIALTY DESIGNS AVAILABLE- Peekaboo, V split, Milkyway, Tumbler drip, Leopard swirl, picture tumblers etc. (please note the specialty design images)

*if you are unsure if the design you have in mind is considered a specialty design please message us via email or chat so that we can assist*

Step 3: At check out please include the following in the note section

-Personalization: Name, monogram or quote up to 40 characters

-Contact info: Email that you most often check. Someone from the shop will contact you to confirm your order and custom specific details

-Glitter/paint colors: When we reach out to confirm we will give you an opportunity to select the colors available in the shade that you are looking for. 

-Specialty design of choice and/or Any other details you need to include so that we can ensure we can accommodate your order. 

PROCESSING TIME

Custom orders have a turnaround time of 4-6 weeks based on the volume of the orders in the queue. As soon as your order is placed you will be contacted within 48 hours to confirm your order specifics. Please note that although we confirm your order your cup may not be started for 1-2 weeks based on the orders that are before yours. If you need your order rushed, please message us before placing your order so that we can ensure we can accommodate.

Once your cup is started and throughout the creation process you will receive cup updates.

Updates or check ins are as follows: 

1. after glitter/paint

2. after specialty design (if applicable)

3. before decals to check font, vinyl and spelling choices

4. Final look before your item is shipped

At any point you can make MINOR changes to your design to fit your custom needs. Minor changes include glitter color changes (after initial glitter choice), font changes, spelling. Changes that will NOT be made during the creation process include: changes to tumbler style or specialty design, glitter color changes made after the second check in. At any point if the artist feels that the order is out of the realm of her creative abilities your order maybe cancelled and refunded minus $15 for time spent on your order. (We will communicate this if we feel that the order is not one that we professionally feel we can perfect for you or is out of our artistic realm).  

SHIPPING

Once your tumbler is cured, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to you. Please note that as soon as the item has left our hands we are no longer responsible for your item. In the event your item arrives broken or damaged, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping company. Please be sure to read through our shipping policy below. 

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your order you must do so within 48 hours, after that point we will proceed with your order unless otherwise determined and at the discretion of the business owner. There are no REFUNDS on custom orders so its imperative you keep in touch with us when we send updates about your order to ensure you are in love with your item. 

RUSH ORDERS

 Orders that wish to be rushed can be finished in as early as 2 weeks. Rush fee of $20 will be charged for this service and it is only available if artist can accommodate based on volume of current orders. Please contact us BEFORE placing your order if your order will need to be rushed.
